Meet Morena Fenero

SERVPRO® of Pembroke Pines/West Miramar owner, Morena Fenero, believes in investing in training and certification for everyone she employs. This award-winning franchise owner has earned special recognition as a Woman and Minority Certified Business in the region and the State of Florida. Morena holds over eight licenses and certifications and specializes in mold identification and mold remediation. She works alongside her team, and most of her employees have been with her since she became involved with SERVPRO.

All of Morena’s employees are IICRC-Certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification, the nonprofit certifying body for the restoration industry. Training includes:

The Employee Certification Training is a voluntary, self-paced program designed for SERVPRO Franchise employees. Modules include:

Morena is actively involved with the Pembroke Pines and Miramar communities, and when she is not helping put people’s lives back together; you can find her spending time with her pets and volunteering at local pet shelters.
